GenioSys was founded by a veteran who knows what it’s like to leave the service and feel lost on the other side. This page is that experience turned into action — free transition support for veterans, and a real incentive for companies to hire them.
I served in the U.S. Army from 2003 to 2008. The transition out was harder than anyone tells you — new world, new language, and a résumé that doesn’t speak the way civilian hiring managers read.
I spent the next fifteen-plus years inside manufacturing and quality, then built GenioSys. Along the way I learned how to translate military experience into language that gets people hired. This page is me giving that back. No cost, no catch. Just one veteran helping the next one land on their feet.
You don’t have to be a candidate of ours to use this. If you served, these are yours.
Your MOS, rating, or AFSC maps to real manufacturing and engineering roles. Here’s a sample of how service translates — send us your code and we’ll translate yours personally, free.
No script, no pitch. Just why this matters and how we can help.
Veterans show up with discipline, systems thinking, and standards that hold under pressure — exactly what production-driven companies need. Flat 10% of first-year base salary on any veteran placement, regardless of role or tier.
