Intake call

30-minute call to align on the role, the hiring manager’s standards, the team dynamic, the comp range, and the must-haves. We ask the questions a generalist agency wouldn’t know to ask — the specific certifications, software, equipment, and shop-floor signals that separate a qualified candidate from a résumé match.

Day 1–2
02

Sourcing & outreach

Targeted outreach to passive candidates already in our network plus fresh sourcing against the role specs. We don’t spray-and-pray — every candidate contacted has been screened for skills, comp alignment, and likely interest before they receive a message.

Day 2–4
03

Screening & vetting

30–45 minute screening calls covering technical depth, work history validation, comp expectations, location and start-date readiness, and culture fit indicators. Only candidates who clear all five gates move forward.

Day 5
04

Slate delivered

3–5 qualified candidates delivered to your inbox with full profiles: experience summary, technical fit notes, comp expectations, and our honest read on each one. If we can’t deliver by Day 5, you hear from us on Day 3 with a reset plan — never a silent miss.

Day 6+
05

Interviews to close

We coordinate interviews, prep candidates on what to expect, handle scheduling, gather feedback both directions, and manage offer negotiation through to signed acceptance. Most of our placements close within 14–21 days of the slate delivery.
